Our Heritage
Craftsmanship Matters
The Stone Wizards of New Mexico was built on decades of hands-on experience and respect for the craft. Keith began his career in masonry in 1989, learning the trade under master masons who came from Europe in the 1960s at a time when masonry was still considered a skilled and affluent profession, not just a construction task.
Those early years shaped the way he works today. Precision, patience, and pride in the finished product were non-negotiable then, and they remain non-negotiable now. Every project he takes on carries elements of old-world craftsmanship, whether it’s clean, structural block work or detailed stone designed to become a lasting focal point.
More than anything, he believes great masonry starts with listening. He works closely with each client to understand their vision and bring it to life with skill, honesty, and attention to detail. The goal is not just to build something solid, but to create work that feels timeless, personal, and built to endure.
